AIA Tottenham Hotspur International Development Coaches Kids' Clinic - Terms and Conditions1. Overview AIA New Zealand Limited (AIA) is proud to be the global principal partner of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and a Major Partner of the Tottenham Hotspur vs Auckland FC match to be played at Eden Park, Auckland on Sunday 26 July 2026 (Match). As part of this partnership, AIA is offering eligible children the opportunity to attend an AIA Tottenham Hotspur International Development Coaches Kids Coaching Clinic (Clinic). The Clinic will provide selected children with the opportunity to participate in football coaching drills and skills sessions delivered by Tottenham Hotspur International Development Coaches, interact with Tottenham Hotspur Premier Team players (attendance subject to availability), and receive a Tottenham Hotspur kids clinic goodie bag. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the registration, selection and participation in the Clinic. Please read them carefully. 2. The Promoter The promoter of the Clinic is AIA of 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand. 3. Registration Period Registration for the Clinic opens on 18 May at 9am and closes on 5 June at 5pm (Registration Period). Late or incomplete registrations will not be accepted. 4. Eligibility (a) Registration is open to parents or legal guardians aged 18 years or over who are residents of New Zealand. (b) Children nominated to attend the Clinic must:
(c) By submitting a registration and/or participating in the Clinic, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms. 5. How to Register (a) To register, an eligible parent or legal guardian must complete the AIA Football Coaching Clinic Registration Form during the Registration Period, providing all required details, including accurate child and contact information. (b) Each child may only be registered once. Multiple registrations for the same child will not be entered into the draw. Late or incomplete registrations will be deemed invalid. (c) AIA reserves the right to verify the validity of registrations and to disqualify any registrant who tampers with the registration process, submits incomplete or misleading information, or does not comply with these Terms. 6. Selection of Participants (a) Places at the Clinic are limited to 100 children. Successful participants (Winners) will be selected by AIA in its sole discretion from all valid registrations. The 100 places available are allocated across participant groups (AIA employees, advisers, business partners, and public entrants), each with a limited number of spots per group. (b) Winners will be notified via email using the contact details provided in the registration form by Friday 26 June 2026 or such other date notified by AIA. (c) If a Winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is unable to attend the Clinic, or does not meet the eligibility or participation requirements, AIA reserves the right to offer the place to an alternate registrant. 7. Clinic Details (a) The Clinic will take place on Saturday 25 July 2026 at on Auckland’s North Shore and will be approximately 2 hours in duration. (b) The Clinic session times, group sizes and activities will be determined by AIA in consultation with the coaches and are subject to change. (c) Attendance of Tottenham Hotspur Premier Team players is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. (d) A maximum of 2 people can accompany each Winner to the event, and will be spectators only. 8. Conditions of Participation (a) Participation in the Clinic is voluntary and at the sole risk of the participant. (b) Parents or legal guardians must ensure that their child follows all instructions given by coaches, organisers and event staff during the Clinic. (c) AIA reserves the right to exclude any child from participation if, in AIA’s reasonable opinion, the child’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or non-compliant with instructions. 9. Health and Safety (a) By registering, parents or legal guardians warrant that their child is physically fit, has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, or that any relevant conditions have been disclosed to AIA prior to the Clinic. (b) AIA does not provide personal accident or health insurance for participants as part of this event. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for arranging any desired insurance coverage. 10. Promotional Activities and Media (a) As a condition of participation, parents or legal guardians’ consent to AIA (and its partners, including agencies) photographing and/or filming the Clinic and using the child’s image, likeness, name and voice in marketing, publicity, promotional and internal communications, in all media, worldwide, for an unlimited period, without compensation. (b) Parents or legal guardians may be required to sign additional waivers or consent forms prior to the Clinic. 11. Prize and Value (a) Attendance at the Clinic and receipt of any associated items (including the goodie bag) are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. (b) Travel to and from the Clinic, accommodation, meals (unless expressly stated otherwise) and any other incidental costs are the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. 12. Liability (a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIA excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by any participant or other person in connection with the Clinic. (b) To the extent permitted by law, AIA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third parties involved in the delivery of the Clinic, including coaches, venues, or event partners. 13. Privacy (a) Personal information collected as part of the registration process will be handled in accordance with AIA’s Privacy Statement, available at www.aia.co.nz/privacy. (b) Personal information will be used for administering the Clinic, contacting registrants, and for related promotional purposes in accordance with these Terms. 14. Changes and Cancellation AIA reserves the right, to vary, suspend or cancel the Clinic or these Terms at any time, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue availability, public health events, or circumstances affecting the availability of coaches or players. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 16. General All decisions by AIA in relation to the Clinic, including eligibility and participation, are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by AIA to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. |
