As part of this transformation, we’ve rebuilt our Optimised Policy Underwriting System (OPUS), which powers the processing of new applications. This upgrade means faster, more intuitive workflows, improved reliability, and a better overall experience for you and your clients. Why is AIA transitioning to Salesforce Lightning? Salesforce Lightning is the recommended user interface in most cases. It will enable AIA NZ to leverage new features, improve system integrations and introduce automated processes which are not available in Salesforce Classic. |
