New log-in security feature on AIA INSIGHT |
Improving our Advisers’ experience and security is always a top priority at AIA. We’re excited to introduce CAPTCHA which adds an extra layer of security to prevent spam and unauthorised access to our AIA INSIGHT platform. From 14 November, advisers will have to complete a simple two-step CAPTCHA challenge when logging into AIA INSIGHT or updating their password. After inputting the user name and password on the INSIGHT login page, you will be prompted to: Step 1: Type the distorted alphabet and letter into the field (case sensitive) Step 2: Click “Login to Illustration” or “Login to Dashboard”  If you need help or experience any issues with logging in, please reach out to AIA helpdesk at 0800500108 for troubleshooting. |
