Customer Leadership Team changes |
We’re pleased to let you know about two recent promotions in our Customer leadership team. Amba Barker has stepped into the Head of Customer Operations role, looking after our operational service and relationship teams across both New and Existing Business, Partner Relationships, and Underwriting. Amba has over 10 years’ experience with AIA NZ and has a strong background in customer operations and strategy. Amba brings great energy and enthusiasm to the Head of Customer Operations role and will continue leading our teams to provide a market-leading customer, adviser, and partner experience. Amba takes over the Head of Customer Operations role from Maddie Sherlock, who has moved to our Head of Customer Digital role. Maddie joined AIA in 2015 and has previously worked in senior roles across new business, existing business, partner relationships and underwriting. As Head of Customer Digital, Maddie leads the team looking after AIA NZ’s market leading digital platforms and self-service tools including eApp, AIAHub, and MyAIA. |
