AIAHub New Feature - Update your client's contact details |
Update your client’s contact details which are held on file with AIA via our new automated Contact Details form within AIAHub. Access is available to you and your delegated support users. Updates are directly applied to the client’s profile, so there is no wait time for the request to be actioned. Exceptions - where an international postal address is applied, or the client has other legacy AIA or legacy Sovereign policies these will be referred for an AIA staff member to action. Each client is emailed confirmation of their updated contact details with you copied into the correspondence for your own record keeping. This process is not available if your client only has legacy AIA or legacy Sovereign policies. Updates to these clients should still be requested via current process. NOTE: As with any request you are submitting on behalf of your clients, please ensure you have sufficient documentation from the client to support any changes.
