Recently Lapsed Policies report This new report in AIAHub provides a list of your customers’ policies which have lapsed in the last 90 days (with the option for you to extend this date range if required), with the ability to click through and view policy information. This gives you access to this information as and when you need it, to support you in servicing your customers. Policies displayed in this report include all lapse reasons such as lapsed due to non-payment, cancellations requested by the customer or via an adviser, or policy expiry. Customer & Policy Views Providing a list of your Customers and Policies in which you are the servicing adviser (excludes legacy Sovereign or legacy AIA customer & policies). With the ability to click through to view Customer profile information and a view of their policy portfolio with you, or click through to view a policy including the policy & benefit information. The introduction of this customer and policy information into AIAHub forms the building blocks for exciting future features we have planned including the ability to process a change of contact details or a change of direct debit details on behalf of your customer.
